Chief Operating Officer

Kolette Harris

Kolette serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Harris Law Firm and has been instrumental to the firm’s growth since its founding in 2015. She oversees operation, strategic planning, and team development, helping ensure a consistent, high-level client experience.

Kolette earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Brigham Young University in 1995. She also holds a California real estate license and is a commissioned California notary public, bringing a practical, client-centered perspective to her work.

Background & Biography

Before her career in business and operations, Kolette was a classically trained ballerina and BYU Cougarette. She later dedicated herself to raising her four sons and has spent over 25 years living in California’s Central Valley.

Her diverse life experience shapes her approach to leadership and client service. She understands that every stage of life brings different challenges and opportunities, and she is committed to helping clients navigate those moments with clarity, confidence, and care. Outside of work, she most enjoys being “Gigi” to her three grandchildren and traveling with her husband and family.
